Administration is headed by the Chief Executive Officer, Shadrack Bokaba, who is responsible for local and international fundraising, project management, marketing and day to day running of the Trust. The CEO reports to the Trustees, who meet quarterly.

SAMET beneficiaries complete regular progress reports to ensure that funds are optimally utilised. A SAMET project contract is signed with project leaders and teachers so that fiduciary responsibility is maintained.

The administration is supported by two education and development specialists, Sonja Bass and Kgaladi Thema.
A close working relationship with the JPO ensures a career path for SAMET’s young musicians, as well as unparralled training programmes offered by highly qualifi ed instructors.
